Does a break at Dream Jackpot reach its sisters?
Seven brands share one operator, Jupiter Gaming Limited, which holds a Gambling Commission licence, but its own documents disagree about whether a break taken at one reaches them all. Until Jupiter settles it, exclude at every account you hold, and add GAMSTOP, which doesn’t depend on either reading.
If you’d like to speak to someone now, it’s free and confidential. GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133 for England and Scotland, and the NHS Wales gambling helpline is on 0808 2819 265.
How do you make an exclusion reach every brand?
The shared terms say a self-exclusion applies across all of Jupiter’s services, and that while it lasts you can’t use an account with any company on the Jupiter network. The safer-gambling pages of Dream Jackpot, 666 Casino and King Casino say the opposite: excluding through the brand covers that brand’s account only.
- Register with GAMSTOP. It costs nothing, and every online gambling operator licensed for Great Britain has to take part, so it reaches all seven Jupiter brands and the Betable-run Ivy Casino, O’Reels and Rose Casino. When you register you pick a minimum period of six months, one year or five years, and a five-year one can renew automatically. It usually switches on within a day but doesn’t promise that, so keep away from casino sites until it does.
- Self-exclude at each Jupiter account you hold, for between 6 months and 5 years, from your account settings or through support.
- Ask which reading applies to you. Because the terms say all services and the brand pages say one account, email support (support@dreamjackpot.com for Dream Jackpot) to find out if King Casino, 666 Casino, Mr Luck, Red Casino, Lad Casino and Lad Bet are covered as well.
- Add blocking software to your phone and computer. Dream Jackpot’s own page names Gamban, BetBlocker, GamBlock and Net Nanny.
Reopening after a Jupiter self-exclusion is slow on purpose: the terms describe a 24-hour cooling-off period and a second confirmation, and Jupiter may decline to reopen. Closing an account isn’t an exclusion at all, and it can be reopened on request.

How far do Jupiter’s other tools reach?
Deposit limits run per day, per week or per month, and they count net deposits: deposits, pending ones included, minus withdrawals, over a rolling period. Lowering a limit normally takes effect at once, while raising one waits for a cooling-off period whose length isn’t stated.
Time-outs run from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and the terms say they cover every account on the network, not just the one you’re logged into. Jupiter says it can’t lift a time-out once it’s set.
Reality checks show how long you’ve been logged in, at an interval you choose, and session limits are offered too.
These tools work inside one company’s systems. A limit set at Dream Jackpot does nothing at other operators, and moving to a sister site to get round a limit defeats the point of setting it.
