Dream Jackpot

Which casino is Jupiter Gaming on your bank statement?

A deposit at any of the seven brands may appear as Jupiter Gaming Limited instead of the brand’s web address. When only the company name shows, the statement can’t tell you which casino it was; for a charge you don’t recognise, your bank is the one to confirm it.

Which statement names belong to Jupiter’s casinos?

Seven web addresses and one company name, as the terms of 17/08/2026 print them; your bank decides the final wording.

Both Lad brands’ terms allow either web address, so Ladbet.com on your statement can mean a Lad Casino deposit. Ivy Casino, O’Reels and Rose Casino aren’t on the list: Betable Limited runs them, Ivy’s terms don’t say what a statement shows, and a payment naming Betable isn’t a Jupiter payment.

How do you find which casino it was?

Three checks usually settle it.

  1. Read the whole line. A web address names the brand (either Lad address can mean either Lad brand); the company name alone doesn’t tell you.
  2. Search your email for messages from the brand you signed up with. The terms allow one account per brand, so you can hold a login at several of the seven.
  3. Email the brand with the date and amount, and ask whether it was a deposit to your account; ask each one you use.

A deposit limit, counted on net deposits, is the simplest way to keep future payments within a budget, and what a Not Protected balance means is in a separate article.

What if you didn’t make the payment?

Contact your bank first, which decides a refund, then the casino.

The Financial Conduct Authority says to ask your bank for a refund as soon as you notice, within 13 months of the payment date. A refund should normally reach your account by the end of the next business day, the use of your card, PIN or password might not on its own prove you authorised a payment, and you can complain if the bank refuses. If a family member used your card, Citizens Advice says think carefully first: the bank may involve the police.

Then tell the brand: Jupiter’s terms forbid depositing with another person’s card, even with permission. Their ban on chargebacks binds whoever opened the account; it isn’t the rule your bank applies to a payment you didn’t authorise.

What if the payments point to someone else’s gambling?

Unexpected casino payments can be the first sign that someone close to you is struggling. You don’t have to work it out alone.

  • Talk to someone. GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline talks to relatives as well as players, free and round the clock, on 0808 8020 133 from England and Scotland; from Wales, NHS Wales’s gambling helpline is on 0808 2819 265.
  • Protect the money you control. Report any payment you didn’t authorise to your bank, as above.
  • Know who can set up a block. GAMSTOP’s terms say you mustn’t register someone else for self-exclusion unless you’re lawfully authorised, for example under a valid power of attorney, so the person gambling registers themselves. The safer gambling page explains how an exclusion can cover all seven Jupiter brands.

Why is the statement name worth keeping?

Because a statement line is also evidence, if a payment ever becomes part of a complaint.

With the casino’s transaction history, statements prove what left your account and when, if a deposit is disputed, a withdrawal runs late or an account closes with money in it: see how to complain to Dream Jackpot.
