What does Jupiter publish, and what does it leave out?
Its brands’ footers and terms say most of it; here’s what all seven share.
| Terms | One set for all seven, dated 17/08/2026; a material change takes effect 7 days after notice. Six brands’ third-party payment clause was found reworded between 24 September and 5 October under that same date, while 666 Casino kept the older text |
|---|---|
| Welcome | Casinos: 20 spins at 10p for new UK players (18+) who opt in, deposit £20 and wager £20 of cash within 7 days; no wagering on spin winnings; spins claimed within 7 days of the wager; once per household, not with another offer. The sisters fix the wager to Big Bass Splash, while Dream Jackpot’s offer page allows any slot. Lad Bet: one £10 free bet for a £20 deposit and a £20 bet at odds of 2.00 or longer, the free bet also at 2.00 or longer and expiring 7 days after credit; no wagering condition stated |
| Deposits | Visa or Mastercard debit cards only, from £10 and up to £2,000 a transaction |
| Withdrawals | £10 standard minimum, to the debit card first; no processing time and no site-wide cap in the terms or payments pages (King Casino’s home page says typically 0-5 days); a bank transfer is possible for a jackpot above £10,000 |
| Complaints | Support replies within 3 working days unless an extended investigation is needed, a manager within 10; then IBAS, free, after a deadlock letter or eight weeks |
| Self-exclusion | The terms apply it across all Jupiter services; Dream Jackpot’s, 666 Casino’s and King Casino’s own safer-gambling pages limit it to one account |
| Software | iGamingCloud Limited, part of GiG, named in the footers read on 5 October 2026 |
| Owner | None named in any document read |
Published: every footer names Jupiter Gaming Limited at 9 Bond Street, St Helier, with a Gambling Commission and a Jersey licence, and the about pages call each casino a brand Jupiter owns. Jupiter’s own site offers premium casino brands yet features only Ivy Casino, which Betable Limited runs for British players, and GiG’s February 2026 release calls Jupiter a digital marketing company that has built several casino brands.
Not published: any shareholder, director or parent. The privacy policy says data may be shared with a holding company, its subsidiaries and the owner of the gaming site, but doesn’t name them. You won’t find the Bonus Policy the offers cite, the Identity Policy the terms cite or Lad Bet’s settlement rules. The terms also keep other templates’ wording: they provide for pre-purchased bingo tickets though the lobby read on 5 October 2026 showed no bingo, and their deposit-limit example says you will only be unable to deposit £10 the next week
when its own arithmetic means you could deposit only £10.

How did Jupiter’s register entry fill up?
In stages. Each archived copy of the Gambling Commission register shows the page as it looked on the day the archive stored it.
| Register copy | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 18 and 19 June 2025 | The name Jupiter Gaming at Le Capelain House, St Helier; all four activities marked as an application in progress, status Pending; no domain names recorded. |
| 14 September 2025 | Jupiter Gaming Limited at 9 Bond Street; all four activities Active from 28 August 2025. |
| 8 October 2025 | Trading names ivy casino, o'reels casino and rose casino, all Active. |
| 7 November 2025 and 22 January 2026 | Three domains only, ivycasino.com, oreels.com and rosecasino.com, all Inactive. |
| 8 March 2026 | The licence summary shows a changed licence reference, without saying why or from when; the domain count is still three. |
| 15 April 2026 | The three trading names now Inactive; the same page counts ten domain names without listing them. |
| 13 May 2026 | Seven Active domains, dreamjackpot.com among them, and the three Betable-run names Inactive. |
| October 2026 (live) | The same ten domains, and no regulatory actions recorded. |
dreamjackpot.com is missing in January 2026 and Active in May, and the summaries between give only counts, so they can’t date its arrival. The records show a change of licensee and of platform; none describes a sale of the brand.

Who ran Dream Jackpot before Jupiter?
Its own footers, and the register where a footer’s missing, name four companies since 2017.
2017: Caddell Limited NV. The earliest archived footer says Imperium Network Solutions Limited of Old Marylebone Road, London, managed the brand on Caddell Limited NV’s behalf; there’s no register entry for the account it cited.
2019 to 2021: White Hat Gaming Limited, a Maltese company licensed by the Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority (the 2019 copies add a Swedish licence). dreamjackpot.com isn’t on its current list, though www.dreamvegas.com is, as a White Label.
2024 and 2025: AG Communications Limited. Those footers don’t survive in the archive, but the register’s archived lists show www.dreamjackpot.com as a White Label on 5 September 2024, 30 January 2025 and 14 December 2025. AG Communications trades as aspireglobal and is based in St Julian’s, Malta.
2026: Jupiter Gaming Limited. The first archived footer naming Jupiter dates from 9 June 2026 and cites only the Gambling Commission licence. The footer read on 5 October 2026 adds a Jersey licence, which rests on the footer and terms alone: the Jersey Commission’s list prints no licence number.

When did Dream Jackpot move from Aspire Global to GiG?
Between May and June 2026. A platform is the software a casino runs on; it explains why sisters look alike, and it isn’t ownership.
The code of Dream Jackpot’s archived home pages shows White Hat Gaming markers in November 2021, Aspire Global’s file server from 8 December 2022 to 9 May 2026, and an iGamingCloud marker beside the Jupiter footer on 9 June 2026.
GiG, the group behind iGamingCloud, announced on 23 February 2026 a deal to move several Jupiter brands onto its platform and sportsbook, with the move expected later that year; on 29 June 2026 the studio Gaming Corps named Kingcasino.com, 666casino.com, Mrluck.com, Redcasino.com and Dreamjackpot.com in a content deal, with a further brand due to launch. Both are suppliers’ releases, useful for dates, not proof of ownership. No page read says your account, balance or identity check is shared between brands, so don’t assume it is.

Why are Ivy Casino, O’Reels and Rose Casino licensed separately?
Because Betable Limited runs them for British players, on its own licence, whatever Jupiter’s other records say.
Betable Limited holds its own Gambling Commission licence, with casino activity Active since 22 June 2011 and betting added on 17 February 2026, and lists ivycasino.com, oreels.com and rosecasino.com among six White Label domains. Ivy Casino’s terms make Betable the contracting party, and its footer has named Betable in every archived copy read since 10 September 2025.
On Jupiter’s side, the three trading names were Active in October 2025 and Inactive by April 2026, and the Jersey list still places them under Jupiter. At these three your account and any complaint are with Betable, so don’t assume an exclusion or limit set with Jupiter reaches them, or the other way round, though GAMSTOP covers both companies.

What is the regulator’s record?
Jupiter’s own entry recorded no regulatory actions in October 2026. The two Commission actions that search results still tie to Dream Jackpot were against AG Communications Limited, which held the brand’s white label before Jupiter.
In November 2022 AG Communications was fined £237,600 over checks on six third party businesses it had entered into white-label partnerships with
. In a decision dated 4 February 2025, announced on 4 March 2025, it agreed to pay £1,407,834 in lieu of a financial penalty, including a divestment of £220,334, for breaches that mostly ran between May 2023 and October 2024, one self-exclusion breach running from October 2022 to May 2024. One finding concerned a self-excluded customer who opened more than a hundred accounts across the company’s network by varying their details.
The public statement names one website, Neptuneplay.com, and doesn’t name Dream Jackpot or any of today’s sisters. Dream Jackpot was a White Label on that account in the register copies from September 2024, inside the period of the findings, but the Commission’s documents don’t say whether any finding involved it. Jupiter Gaming Limited is a different company, and its own register page records No regulatory actions have been recorded for this business.
That finding doesn’t establish any failure in Jupiter’s systems. If you’re excluding, GAMSTOP adds a layer outside any one brand’s tools, though its terms say it still depends on each operator’s systems.

Which checks protect you at any Jupiter brand?
- Check that the footer names Jupiter Gaming Limited and its Gambling Commission licence, and that you’re on the brand’s own .com address, not a look-alike.
- Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, since a single deposit can reach £2,000.
- Read the offer page of the brand you use: Dream Jackpot’s page and banner disagree about the qualifying game.
- If you’re excluding yourself, add GAMSTOP to one brand’s tool, following the safer gambling page.
If something goes wrong, the complaint route is in how to complain to Dream Jackpot. There’s no score for Jupiter or its brands: their terms match, and nothing was tested with a real account.
