What does reading the Dream Jackpot guide share about you?

Almost nothing. There’s nothing to sign up for, and nothing follows you from page to page or site to site.

The guide answers for its own data. In UK GDPR language, the data controller is Dream Jackpot Sister Sites. Any privacy question, or a request about data concerning you, goes to info@dreamjackpotsites.co.uk.

What don’t the pages do?

The pages set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising code, embed nothing from other websites and load their fonts from this site’s own server; a local browser test of every page recorded no request to any other site. The pictures of Dream Jackpot’s homepage and its six sisters’ homepages, and the seven brands’ logos, are image files kept on this server too, so displaying them sends no request to any casino. There are no forms, accounts or comment boxes, so the guide never asks for your name, email address or payment details.

What does the server keep, and for how long?

Each request becomes one line in the host’s access log, holding the visitor’s IP address, the request’s date and time, its method, page address and protocol, the response code, the response size in bytes, the referring page whenever the browser passes it on, and the browser’s software signature (its user agent).

Every day starts a new log file, and files are deleted once they are 14 days old. The records exist so the site stays up and safe, for instance to trace a broken page or shut out a burst of automated requests, a legitimate interest in the sense of UK GDPR. They are not sold, not handed on, not matched with anything else and not used to profile anyone. If you email the address above, what you send is used to answer you and nothing more.

Where do the citations take you?

Source links are marked to open casino, regulator and supplier pages in a new tab without a referrer, so your browser is asked not to pass on which page you came from. Once you are there, that site’s own privacy policy applies, including Jupiter Gaming’s, which describes sharing data within its group.

What can you ask for?

A copy of any data held about you, the correction of anything wrong in it, its deletion, and an end to its use if you object: UK data protection law gives you each of these. Ask at info@dreamjackpotsites.co.uk and mention the IP address you browsed from and the day you visited, the only details a log entry can be found by. Complaints about the handling of a request go to the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk.
